•  Make your own reservations well in advance. Some have to be made earlier than others. Check your schedules.  July and August are busy month so make your reservation during those month early.
• Nice to stock hot dogs and rolls. Something for a pot luck supper and a get together breakfast.
• If you would like to see an unscheduled weekend bring it up, this could be a fun time.
• Plans can be made to travel together whenever possible. This could be planned at a meeting prior that.
• We have a great chapter, lets try to provide support for 2010

Recommended Duties for the Host/s

• List of activities or events planned by the campground or the host/s.
• List of events or places of interest in the area of the campgrounds.
• Instructiions and/or directions to the campgrounds. New members are not always familar with our traveled routes.
• Host/s should bring a list of events to one campout prior, and if the host/s cannot attend, make the list available to a club member who will present it for the host/s.
